DEFINITIONS AND INDEX OF PREVIOUSLY DEFINED TERMS. This Section 18 provides definitions for capitalized terms used but not previously defined in this Agreement and indexes capitalized terms used and previously defined in the Section in which they first appear as indicated by bold type. The definitions in this Section apply to such capitalized terms in both their singular and plural forms. This Section 18 does not apply to those terms capitalized only to comply with grammatical conventions.
