The Board shall consult with the Union before Title I job descriptions are finalized in the Title I proposal. Any employee who performs duties as described in the job description of a paraprofessional or school related personnel shall be identified as a paraprofessional or school related personnel for purposes of this contract. Paraprofessionals and School Related Personnel shall not include any noncertificated employee of the Board who is: 1) a confidential employee as defined under Section 6-501(b) of the Education Article; 2) management personnel as defined under Section 6-501(d) of the Education Article; 3) a supervisory employee as defined under Section 6-50l(h) of the Education Article; or 4) designated by the Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners to act in a negotiating capacity.
