Definition of Security. a. In this agreement, the term “seniority” applies to an employee on continuing appointment and to his/her aggregate length of service in the employment of the Board, inclusive of service under temporary appointment and part- time teaching and as an Administrative Officer. Part-time teaching shall be credited for the purposes of seniority as if it were full-time teaching.
