Definition of Positions. 36 A. A Regular Position is an ongoing, year to year position that is covered by all of the provisions 37 of this Agreement. The parties understand that certain positions are funded by grants and, if the 38 position is eliminated due to the withdrawal of funding, affected employees will be in an 39 unassigned status until such time as they bid on and are awarded an opening position.
