Intern. Students who continue working during the school year shall be classified as an “Intern”. The employee must be currently attending school or be returning to school after the period of employment. The term "Intern Status" shall refer to an employee in a Student position.

This XXXX contains the legally required basic terms and conditions for this arrangement and is negotiated by Research Support Services (RSS).

Intern. Interns must check for themselves whether an accident insurance has been taken out for them by the internship provider and/or educational institution. It is recommended that the students/interns, as private individuals, take out third-party insurance themselves. Inclusion in a family policy is generally no longer sufficient for interns aged 18 or over.
