Definition of Child. For purposes of this Article, a child means a biological, adopted or 3 xxxxxx child, a step child, a legal xxxx or a child of an employee standing in loco parentis to the child, 4 who is: under eighteen (18) years of age; or is eighteen (18) years of age or older and incapable of 5 self care because of mental or physical disability.
