Shift Changes When an employee is assigned to a specific shift and that assignment is changed, the employee shall be given seven (7) calendar days’ notice prior to the change.
Salary Deductions Salaried employees (E-level classifications) who are permanently assigned to full-time job classifications are paid on a bi-weekly salary basis. Salaried employees are paid a bi-weekly salary based on a minimum of two (2) forty (40) hour workweeks. Deferral Pending Change in Control The obligation of the Company to prepay Notes pursuant to the offers required by subparagraph (b) and accepted in accordance with subparagraph (d) of this Section 8.7 is subject to the occurrence of the Change in Control in respect of which such offers and acceptances shall have been made. Minor Administrative Changes System Agency is authorized to provide written approval of mutually agreed upon Minor Administrative Changes to the Project or the Contract that do not increase the fees or term. Upon approval of a Minor Administrative Change, HHSC and Grantee will maintain written notice that the change has been accepted in their Contract files.
