Deductibles and Self-Insured Retentions. Contractor shall declare to the JBE all deductibles and self-insured retentions that exceed $100,000 per occurrence. Any increases in deductibles or self-insured retentions that exceed $100,000 per occurrence are subject to the JBE’s approval. Deductibles and self-insured retentions do not limit Contractor’s liability.
