Declarations, Representations and Warranties of the Supplier. 4.1 Supplier specifically declares, represents and warrants that it has the know-how, ability, expertise, facilities, resources, financial resources, licenses, permits and all that is required and necessary to undertake the obligations set forth in this Agreement, including, inter alia, the provision of the Goods in accordance with the terms set forth herein.
