Common use of Decision and Fee Clause in Contracts

Decision and Fee. The decision of the arbitrator, within the limits herein prescribed, shall be final and binding on all parties to this Agreement. The fee and expenses of the arbitrator shall be borne equally by the VILLAGE and the ASSOCIATION. No other joint expenses shall be incurred except by mutual agreement of the parties.
