DEBARMENT, SUSPENSION, INELIGIBILITY AND VOLUNTARY EXCLUSION. By executing this agreement the Bidder affirms that it is in compliance with the requirements of 2 C.F.R. Part 180 and that neither it, its principals, nor its subcontractors are presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction by any Federal department or agency.
