No Supplanting. GRANTEE shall not supplant or otherwise use funds from this contract to replace or substitute existing funding from other sources that also supports the activities that are the subject of this contract.
No Supplanting. Grant Funds under this Agreement shall not replace funds that have been budgeted for the same purposes through non-Federal sources. Subrecipient may be required to demonstrate and document that a reduction in non-Federal resources occurred for reasons other than receipt or expected receipt of Federal funds.
No Supplanting. WALNUT CREEK shall use Grant Funds to supplement existing funds, and not replace (supplant) funds that have been appropriated for the same purpose.
No Supplanting. MARIN shall use Grant Funds to supplement existing funds, and not replace (supplant) funds that have been appropriated for the same purpose.

The Supreme Court shall not supplant or otherwise use funds from this contract to replace or substitute existing funding from other sources that also support the activities that are the subject of this contract. The Supreme Court will take the necessary steps to ensure the recipient and subrecipients understand and agree with this provision.
No Supplanting. ALAMEDA shall use Grant Funds to supplement existing funds, and not replace (supplant) funds that have been appropriated for the same purpose.
No Supplanting. SONOMA shall use Grant Funds to supplement existing funds, and not replace (supplant) funds that have been appropriated for the same purpose.
No Supplanting. NOVATO shall use Grant Funds to supplement existing funds, and not replace (supplant) funds that have been appropriated for the same purpose.
No Supplanting. Consistent with the intent of the California Children and Families Act of 1998, no funds from this agreement shall be used to supplant federal, state, county or other funds available to the Grantee for any purpose. Activities funded under this agreement must be new or enhancement to existing activities.
