Death of Member Upon the death of the Member, the Company shall be dissolved. By separate written documentation, the Member shall designate and appoint the individual who will wind down the Company’s business and transfer or distribute the Member's Interests and Capital Account as designated by the Member or as may otherwise be required by law.
Termination of Membership You may terminate your membership by giving us written notice or by withdrawing your minimum required membership share(s), if any, and closing all your accounts. You may be denied services for causing a loss to the Credit Union, or you may be expelled for any reason as allowed by applicable law.

Application for Membership No employee shall be subject to any penalties against his application for membership or reinstatement, except as may be provided for in the Constitution and By-Laws of the National Union and the Union. A copy of such Constitution and By-Laws, and any changes thereto, shall be transmitted to the Company.
WAIVER OF RIGHTS ON DEATH OF OTHER SPOUSE Except for any Child Support statements made in Attachment A, each Spouse hereby waives the right to receive any property or rights whatsoever on the death of the other, unless such right is created or affirmed by the other under a will or other written document executed after the effective date of this Agreement. Death of Account Owner We may continue to honor all transfer orders, withdrawals, deposits, and other transactions on an account until we know of a member's death. Once we know of a member's death, we may pay checks or drafts or honor other payments or transfer orders authorized by the deceased member for a period of ten (10) days after that date unless we receive instructions from any person claiming an interest in the account to stop payment on the checks, drafts, or other items. We may require anyone claiming a deceased owner's account funds to indemnify us for any losses resulting from our honoring that claim. This Agreement will be binding upon any heirs or legal representatives of any account owner.
Disability of Member Upon the disability of a Member, the Member may continue to act as Manager hereunder or appoint a person to so serve until the Member's Interests and Capital Account of the Member have been transferred or distributed.
Dissolution of Entity The Contractor shall notify the County immediately of any intention to discontinue existence of the entity or to bring an action of dissolution.
