Death of a relative. Employees shall be allowed to use three (3) days of sick leave, and additional days approved by the local superintendent, in the event of a death of a parent, child, spouse, sister, brother, parent-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, or anyone who for all practical purposes has held any of the positions enumerated herein.
