Common use of Day-to-Day Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Day-to-Day Responsibilities. Each Party shall: (i) be responsible for day-to-day implementation and operations of the Development, manufacturing and Commercialization activities with respect to Products in the Field for which it has or is otherwise assigned responsibility under the applicable Plan or this Agreement, and (ii) keep the other Party reasonably informed as to the progress of such activities, as reasonably requested by the other Party. For purposes of this Agreement, “Plan” means the Development Plan or the Commercialization Plan, in each case then-currently in effect.
