Project Teams. (i) The Chief Executive or nominee may request employees to perform work in a designated project team.
Project Teams. The AO will establish the project team consisting of qualified specialists from the Lead Agency and Participating Agencies to assist in the project review. The Project Manager will oversee the work of such teams and elevate to appropriate line officers the need for additional resources or schedule adjustments.
Project Teams. Enzon shall establish project teams for the Development of each of SPC2968 and SPC3042 and each Additional Target. In order to facilitate the sharing of information between Enzon and Santaris, each of Enzon’s internal project teams shall endeavor to meet on at least a monthly basis, and up to three (3) representatives of Santaris will be invited to participate telephonically or in person in such Enzon project team meetings.
Project Teams. Each party shall select a project team to guide the implementation and release of the Services. A roster for such teams and the team members' responsibilities is attached as Exhibit H.
Project Teams. The Program Directors shall appoint one or more appropriate Project Teams, in each case consisting of representatives from ARCHEMIX and EYETECH, to facilitate the conduct of elements of the Research Program in (i) the areas set forth in the Annual Research Plan and (ii) such other areas as may be agreed upon by the Program Directors.
Project Teams. Wherever practical, the Collaboration Managers may, after consulting with an employee's immediate supervisor, consider teaming employees from one Party to assist the other in areas where those employees have relevant experience, provided that any disagreements regarding staffing with respect to any Collaboration Product that cannot be resolved between the Collaboration Managers will be resolved by the Party to whom Engineering Responsibility is assigned in Sections 4.2(a) and 4.2(b). * Material has been omitted pursuant to a request for confidential treatment, and such material has been filed separately with the SEC.
Project Teams. At the time that each Joint Alliance Program is initiated by Quintiles and Variagenics, the parties will create a project team for such Joint Alliance Program (which may be the same team for one or more programs), which shall coordinate with the Joint Management Committee on matters relating to such Joint Alliance Program. Each party will use its reasonable efforts to afford access to such party's project team by the other party's project team for each Joint Alliance Program, including with respect to participation in internal and Sponsor project team meetings and planning and decision processes, in order to assure optimal project coordination and implementation.
Project Teams. In order to carry out its respective obligations relating to the Project Development Activities, each of PERIMMUNE and MENTOR shall assign a defined team of employees to perform the Project Development Activities (each such team, a "Project Team" and, together, the "Project Teams"). The initial PERIMMUNE Project Team shall comprise the individuals listed on Exhibit C attached hereto and the research technicians under each of their direction and control. The initial MENTOR Project Team shall comprise the individuals listed on Exhibit D attached hereto and the research technicians under each of their direction and control. PERIMMUNE and MENTOR each agree to notify the other party of any change in the personnel comprising such party's Project Team, which changes shall remain in the sole discretion of such party.
Project Teams. The Joint Steering Committee shall have the authority to create project teams for the Research Collaboration, each of which will meet (via telephone or video conference or in person) no less frequently than monthly, and which will report to the Joint Steering Committee on the progress of the activities performed on the Research Collaboration no less frequently than quarterly. The Joint Steering Committee shall also have the authority to create additional subcommittees as needed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Joint Steering Committee shall not have the authority to amend or modify the terms of this Agreement.
Project Teams. Each party will be solely responsible for staffing its project team for the performance of the Professional Services by PerfectMind and relating work functions and tasks by Customer as described in a Statement of Work. Each member of a project team will possess skills and knowledge appropriate to the work functions to be performed by that team member. Either party may, by way of replacement or addition, make changes to the personnel assigned to its project team, provided that each replacement team member shall possess skills and knowledge at least equivalent to the project-related skills and knowledge of the team member being replaced. Each party shall appoint a project manager in respect of its project team. The project managers shall be available for weekly meetings to review the progress of the Professional Services.
