Data and Records. 11.2.1 The Seller shall maintain complete and accurate data and records required to facilitate the proper administration of this Agreement and the Facility Unit. Such data and records ("Facility Unit Data") shall include an accurate and up-to-date log of Operations, updated daily, in a format reasonably acceptable to the Buyer.
