Customer SOW. Customers needing FPA services will create an RFQ each time they desire to solicit these services. The Customer shall issue a detailed RFQ that specifies a term and includes a Customer SOW stating the services, service levels, educational qualifications, and experience needed. Customers should also consider including the following information in their RFQs under the Financial and Performance Audits State Term Contract:
