To include member survey, workshop and practical evaluation. To facilitate discussion and present survey findings to Roads for All Forum in March and to roadside recovery operators as required. Disabled customer audits Apr 24 Dec 24 To assist with recruitment and effective engagement of disabled customers and to refresh as required during the duration of the contract. Assist with recruitment of disabled customers who can undertake customer audits of roadworks and diversion routes for NH. Provide ongoing support and advice to ensure audits are effective and volunteers are fully engaged. Smart Motorway Safety Apr 24 Dec 24 Recruitment activity to be developed and undertaken in collaboration with National Highways EDI Manager, with regular progress updates. To recruit and facilitate a panel of disabled people for structured interviews and/or focus group to investigate experiences when using Smart Motorways. On expiry of contract, the Service Provider will transfer ownership to the Client the following: • Contact email list of all A+I Reference group members • All relevant minutes, agendas, reports and presentations submitted to A+I Reference group. • Contact email list of all disabled customers involved in roadwork and diversion route audits and feedback received. • Any relevant supporting evidence used when drafting the research and engagement reports.
Customer Research. After the Closing Date and upon the request and expense of Buyer, Seller will conduct reasonable searches of its records pertaining to the Deposits in connection with any specific customer inquiries concerning transactions involving the Deposits and occurring before the Closing Date. All such searches will be performed by Seller in accordance with its ordinary business practices in responding to customer inquiries. Such Deposit records shall be retained by Seller for a period of not less than five (5) years after the Closing Date.
Customer Research. For six (6) months following the Data Conversion Date, and upon the reasonable request of B▇▇▇▇, Seller will conduct reasonable searches of its records pertaining to the Deposit Accounts in connection with any specific customer inquiries concerning transactions involving the Deposit Accounts occurring before the Data Conversion Date. All such searches will be performed by Seller in accordance with its ordinary business practices in responding to customer inquiries.
