Common use of Customer-Financed Interconnection Facilities Clause in Contracts

Customer-Financed Interconnection Facilities. Those Interconnection Customer- financed new Distribution Provider’s Interconnection Facilities described in Section 1(b)(ii) of this Appendix A, as such facilities may be modified during the term of this Agreement.
