Custody of Receivable Files. To assure uniform quality in servicing the Receivables and to reduce administrative costs, the Issuer hereby revocably appoints the Servicer, and the Servicer accepts such appointment, to act for the benefit of the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee as custodian of the following documents or instruments which are hereby constructively delivered to the Indenture Trustee, as pledgee of the Issuer, as of the Closing Date with respect to each Receivable:
Custody of Receivable Files. (a) In connection with the sale, transfer and assignment of the Receivables and the Other Conveyed Property to the Trust pursuant to this Agreement and simultaneously with the execution and delivery of this Agreement, the Trust Collateral Agent hereby revocably appoints the Custodian, and the Custodian hereby accepts such appointment, to act as the agent of the Trust Collateral Agent as custodian of the following documents or instruments in its possession or control (the “Receivable Files”) which shall be delivered to the Custodian as agent of the Trust Collateral Agent on or before the Closing Date (with respect to each Receivable):
Custody of Receivable Files. (a) In connection with the sale, transfer and assignment of the Receivables to the Depositor pursuant to the Pooling Agreement and the First Step Receivables Assignment, the Depositor, simultaneously with the execution and delivery of the Pooling Agreement and this Agreement, shall enter into the Custodian Agreement with the Custodian, pursuant to which the Depositor shall revocably appoint the Custodian, and the Custodian shall accept such appointment, to act as the agent of the Depositor as Custodian of the following documents or instruments which shall be constructively delivered to the Depositor with respect to each Receivable:
Custody of Receivable Files. The Custodian will hold and maintain in custody the following documents for each Receivable (the “Receivable File”) for the benefit of the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, using reasonable care and according to the Servicing Procedures:

To assure uniform quality in servicing the Receivables and to reduce administrative costs, the Issuer, upon the execution and delivery of this Agreement, appoints the Servicer, and the Servicer accepts such appointment, to act as the agent of the Issuer as custodian of the following documents or instruments (or a photocopy or other image thereof that the Servicer shall keep on file in accordance with its Customary Servicing Practices) that are hereby constructively delivered to the Issuer with respect to each Receivable (but only to the extent applicable to such Receivable and only to the extent held in tangible paper form or electronic form) (collectively, the “Receivable Files”):
Custody of Receivable Files. In connection with the sale, transfer and assignment of the Receivables to the Issuing Entity pursuant to this Agreement and the Second Step Receivables Assignments, the Custodian, under the Custodian Agreement, agrees to act as Custodian thereunder for the benefit of the Issuing Entity. The Issuing Entity hereby accepts and agrees to the terms and provisions of the Custodian Agreement and designates Ally Financial as the custodian with respect to the Receivables Files.
Custody of Receivable Files. To assure uniform quality in servicing the Receivables and to reduce administrative costs, the Trustee, upon the execution and delivery of the Agreement, agrees to have the Servicer act as custodian of the following documents or instruments which are hereby constructively delivered to the Trustee with respect to each Receivable:
Custody of Receivable Files. To assure uniform quality in servicing the Receivables and to reduce administrative costs, the Issuer hereby revocably appoints the Servicer, and the Servicer hereby accepts such appointment, to act for the benefit of the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee as custodian of the Receivable Files (whether held in tangible paper form or electronic form), which are hereby constructively delivered by the Issuer to the Indenture Trustee. The Servicer may appoint one or more agents to act as subcustodians of certain items contained in a Receivable File so long as the Servicer remains primarily responsible for their safekeeping and for its duties and obligations as custodian hereunder.
Custody of Receivable Files. In order to assure uniform quality in servicing the Receivables and to reduce administrative costs, the Trustee on behalf of the Noteholders and the Note Insurer, upon the execution and delivery of this Agreement, revocably appoints the Servicer, and the Servicer accepts such appointment, to act as the agent of the Trustee as custodian of the following documents to each Receivable:
Custody of Receivable Files. To assure uniform quality in servicing the Receivables and to reduce administrative costs, the Owner of each Receivable hereby appoints the Servicer, and the Servicer hereby accepts such appointment, to act as agent of the Owner of each Receivable as custodian to maintain custody of the following documents or instruments with respect to such Receivable (as to each Receivable, the “Receivable File”), which will be hereby constructively delivered to the Owner of the related Receivable and the Indenture Trustee:
