Common use of Custody of Receivable Files Clause in Contracts

Custody of Receivable Files. To assure uniform quality in servicing the Receivables and to reduce administrative costs, the Issuing Entity hereby revocably appoints the Servicer, and the Servicer hereby accepts such appointment, to act for the benefit of the Issuing Entity and the Indenture Trustee as custodian of the following documents or instruments, which are hereby constructively delivered to the Indenture Trustee, as pledgee of the Issuing Entity with respect to each Receivable:

Custody of Receivable Files. To assure uniform quality in servicing the Receivables and to reduce administrative costs, the Issuing Entity hereby revocably appoints the Servicer, and the Servicer hereby accepts such appointment, to act for the benefit of the Issuing Entity and the Indenture Trustee as custodian of the following documents or instruments, instruments which are hereby or will hereby be constructively delivered to the Indenture Trustee, as pledgee of the Issuing Entity Entity, as of the Closing Date with respect to each Receivable:
