CREDITING OF SERVICE FOR ELIGIBILITY PURPOSES. 2.3.1 For purposes of eligibility to participate, an Eligible Employee or Participant without any vested interest in any Employer Account and without an Elective Deferrals Account who terminates Employment shall lose credit for his or her Years of Service prior to such termination of Employment if his or her Period of Severance equals or exceeds five years or, if greater, the aggregate number of Years of Service.

  • Determination of Service for Sick Leave with Pay Actual time worked and all leave with pay, except for educational leave, shall be included in determining the pro rata accrual of sick leave credits each month, provided that the employee works thirty-two (32) hours or more in that month.
