Court Cost Reduction Report. Construction Manager must thoroughly review and ensure that its Services are in compliance with the Court Cost Reduction Report and that it utilizes the cost reduction efforts, recommendations and rationale indicated in the Court Cost Reduction Report. At all times while developing, reviewing and reconciling the Construction Cost and the Project Budget, the Construction Manager must ensure that those budgets do not exceed the limits indicated in the Court Cost Reduction Report and do not, in any way, otherwise violate the requirements of the Court Cost Reduction Report.
