Common use of County’s Project Manager Clause in Contracts

County’s Project Manager. The responsibilities of the County’s Project Manager include:  meeting with the Contractor’s Project Manager on a regular basis; and  inspecting any and all tasks, deliverables, goods, services, or other work provided by or on behalf of the Contractor. The County’s Project Manager is not authorized to make any changes in any of the terms and conditions of this Contract and is not authorized to further obligate County in any respect whatsoever.
