Counselor Staffing. A. The formula for staffing of counselors at comprehensive high schools shall be a ratio of 675:1 based on student population, plus one (1) additional counselor per high school.

Counselor Staffing. Bainbridge High School counseling staff will remain at 3.6 FTE through the end of the 2014-2015 school year. If the counseling staffing is reduced below 3.6 FTE before the end of the 2014-2015 school year, BHS counselors will receive an extended contract of twenty (20 days) total. Xxxxxxxx Middle School counseling staff will remain at 1.5 FTE through the end of the 2014- 2015 school year. If the counseling staffing is reduced below 1.5 FTE before the end of the 2014- 2015 school year, WMS counselors will receive an extended contract of twenty (20) days total.

  • Counselors A. Newly ordered file cabinets for Counselors will have locks. No Counselors shall be held accountable, unless through their own negligence, for the loss of school records unless there is a secure place for storage.

  • Contractor Staff All employees of the Contractor, or of its subcontractors, who perform Project Based IT Consulting Services under the resulting Authorized User Agreement, shall possess the necessary qualifications, training, licenses, and permits as may be required within the jurisdiction where the services specified are to be provided or performed, and shall be legally entitled to work in such jurisdiction.   • Hospice g. Individuals whose permanent residence and principal work location are outside the State of Minnesota and outside of the service areas of the health plans participating in Advantage. If these individuals use the plan administrator’s national preferred provider organization in their area, services will be covered at Benefit Level Two. If a national preferred provider is not available in their area, services will be covered at Benefit Level Two through any other provider available in their area. If the national preferred provider organization is available but not used, benefits will be paid at the POS level described in paragraph “i” below. In assessing such knowledge, account will be taken not only of knowledge specific to the commercial presence, but also of whether the person has a high level of qualification referring to a type of work or trade requiring specific technical knowledge, including membership of an accredited profession.

  • Training and Professional Development C. Maintain written program procedures covering these six (6) core activities. All procedures shall be consistent with the requirements of this Contract.
