Common use of Costs of Mediation Clause in Contracts

Costs of Mediation. Mediation shall be conducted by a mediator from Baltimore Mediation, who shall be compensated at the rate of $400 an hour for hours spent in the conduct of the mediation session(s) or in working on behalf of the participants to achieve the goals of mediation, including phone calls, document reviews, and the like.

Costs of Mediation. Mediation shall be conducted by a mediator from Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx & Associates/Baltimore Mediation, who shall be compensated at the rate of $3500 for a half day of service and $7500 for a whole day of service, and $400 an per hour for other hours spent in the conduct of the pre or post mediation session(s) caucuses or in working on behalf of the participants to achieve the goals of their mediation, including phone calls, document reviews, calls and the like.

Mediation shall be conducted by a mediator from Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx Associates/Baltimore Mediation, who shall be compensated by at the standard rate of $400 an hour for hours spent in the conduct of the mediation session(s) or per hour, previously agreed upon in working on the on behalf of the participants to achieve the goals of mediation, including pre-mediation document review, written summaries, agenda topics, mediation phone calls, document reviews, calls and the like. Within ten (10) days of the mediation, the mediator will prepare a summary and/or terms of agreement of the mediation.

Costs of Mediation. Mediation shall be conducted by a mediator from Baltimore Mediation, who shall be compensated at the rate of $400 500 an hour for hours time spent in the conduct of the mediation session(s) or in working on behalf of the participants to achieve the goals of mediation, including phone calls, email correspondence, document reviews, caucuses, summary drafting, agreement drafting, and the like.
