Common use of Cost of Service Clause in Contracts

Cost of Service. Provider shall bill Client monthly at a tiered rate depending on quantity of agents as of each billing date. Onboarding Fees equal to one month’s service for new items shall be due upon each Onboarding Period, although waived if selected term within this agreement is six months.
