Common use of Cost of Safety Boots Clause in Contracts

Cost of Safety Boots. District will reimburse regular and temporary employees required to wear safety boots up to $200 per year, or $400 every two years for actual costs incurred in purchasing approved safety boots. The employee shall provide the Employer with a receipt and proof that the boot meets the required standard as a condition of reimbursement. The Employer will advise employees regarding the required standard of boot, based on WCB requirements.
