Cost Disallowance. Costs which will not be allowed or paid in Change Orders, requests for use of Project Contingency or Claim settlements under this Contract include, but are not limited to: interest on cost of any type other than those mandated by statute; Dispute or Claim preparation or filing costs; legal expenses; the costs of preparing or reviewing PCOs or Change Order proposals concerning Change Orders which are not issued by the Judicial Council; lost revenues; lost profits; lost income or earnings; rescheduling costs; costs of idled equipment when such equipment is not yet at the site or has not yet been employed on the Work; lost earnings or interest on unpaid retention; Dispute or Claim consulting costs; the costs of corporate officers or staff visiting the site or participating in meetings with the Judicial Council; any compensation due to the fluctuation of foreign currency conversions or exchange rates; or loss of other business.

Cost Disallowance. 1. If Contractor’s non-compliance with the terms of this Contract results in an enforcement action, and if CSD determines that Contractor’s non- compliance has resulted in questioned costs, CSD shall provide Contractor with a Statement of Questioned Costs along with the Notice of Enforcement Action, or at such later time in the Enforcement Process as questioned costs have been identified.

  • Disallowance If the Contractor claims or receives payment for a service or reimbursement that is later disallowed by the Judicial Council, the Contractor shall promptly refund the disallowed amount upon the Judicial Council's request.   • Expense Allowance The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by him from time to time in the performance of his duties hereunder, against receipts therefor in accordance with the then effective policies and requirements of the Company.

  • Overtime Meal Allowance ‌ An employee who works two and one-half hours of overtime immediately before or following his/her scheduled hours of work shall receive a meal allowance of seven dollars. One-half hour with pay shall be allowed the employee in order that he/she may take a meal break either at or adjacent to his/her place of work.

  • Meal Reimbursement 1. If an employee is required to work one and one-half (1-1/2) hours before or beyond his/her normal working day or on overtime for emergency purposes or for extended work periods of five (5) or more hours in length on a day that is not the employee’s regular work day, and the employee is not exercising flexible work hours, the employee shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of a meal/food items not to exceed $18.00, plus tip (not to exceed 15%) and applicable taxes. Reimbursement is contingent upon the employee providing receipts.

  • EXPENSE PAYMENTS The Owner hereby gives power to the Agent to pay expenses and costs for the Property from the Owner’s funds held by the Agent, unless otherwise directed by the Owner. The expenses and costs may include, but are not limited to, property management compensation, fees and charges, expenses for goods and services, property taxes and other taxes, association or condominium dues, assessments, loan payments, and insurance premiums.

  • Shift Differential Compensation Any employee in the bargaining unit whose assigned work shift commences (for unit-1) prior to 5:30 a.m. or whose work shift ends after 5:30 p.m., or (for unit-2 members) commences after 2:00 p.m. shall be paid a shift differential premium of five (5%) percent above the regular rate of pay for all hours worked.

  • Travel Expense Reimbursement Pricing for services provided under this Contract are exclusive of any travel expenses that may be incurred in the performance of those services. Travel expense reimbursement may include personal vehicle mileage or commercial coach transportation, hotel accommodations, parking and meals; provided, however, the amount of reimbursement by Customers shall not exceed the amounts authorized for state employees as adopted by each Customer; and provided, further, that all reimbursement rates shall not exceed the maximum rates established for state employees under the current State Travel Management Program (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/procurement/prog/stmp/). Travel time may not be included as part of the amounts payable by Customer for any services rendered under this Contract. The DIR administrative fee specified in Section 5 below is not applicable to travel expense reimbursement. Anticipated travel expenses must be pre-approved in writing by Customer.

  • Annual Allowance The Corporation shall pay to the Executive, in cash, in a lump sum, on the Payment Date an amount equal to two times the annual allowance to which the Executive is entitled as of the date of the Date of Termination (or, if higher, as of immediately prior to the Effective Date).

  • Non-allowable Grant Expenditures The Grantee agrees to expend all grant funds received under this agreement solely for the purposes for which they were authorized and appropriated. Expenditures shall be in compliance with the state guidelines for allowable project costs as outlined in the Department of Financial Services’ Reference Guide for State Expenditures, incorporated by reference (dated February 2011), which are available online at xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx/xxxxxxxxx_xxxxx. In addition, the following are not allowed as grant or matching expenditures:

  • Estimated Costs The proposed GMP Change Order shall include separately identified dollar amounts, stated as fixed sums, for Actual Costs as estimated by the Design-Builder for the complete construction of the Project, which amount shall include the all Trade Contract and Subcontract Sums, costs of materials, and any Component Change Order Sums;
