Correspondence and statements. 6.1 We will send you statements in the English language, on a regular basis showing any transactions on your account during the period. You must examine these statements and tell us as soon as possible if something appears to be wrong so that we can resolve the matter quickly and diligently.

If you do not wish to receive monthly statements, you can ask us to provide statements quarterly, six monthly or annually when opening the account. If you change your mind about how often you wish to receive your statement , you can tell us at any time. We will also make transactional information available through internet/mobile banking or in branch.

Correspondence and statements. Official correspondence and written or oral statements, whether issued explicitly or implicitly by or on behalf of APNA, must be approved in advance by resolution of the Board of Directors, or pursuant to the explicit authority accompanying a position as an officer or key employee of APNA. The correspondence or statements must then be limited to what has been authorized and must be within the scope of my duties as a APNA director, officer, volunteer, committee member, or employee. Other correspondence or statements must not be printed on APNA’s letterhead stationery. Furthermore, if the statement could possibly be interpreted as issued by or on behalf of APNA, it must include a clear and conspicuous disclaimer indicating that the statement is not made by or on behalf of APNA. Only APNA employees should have routine access to APNA’s letterhead stationery and APNA employees should be involved in preparing or reviewing all official correspondence.

  • Correspondence and Information 6.1 Except where otherwise specified in this Agreement, correspondence between the Association and the University arising out of this Agreement or incidental thereto shall pass between the President and the President of the Association, or their designates.

  • E-Statements If we make this service available to you, you may agree to receive statements via electronic means, whereby your periodic statement will be e-mailed to you or sent electronically to, and made available on, our on-line banking website. We reserve the right to require verification of your identity and proof of a change in address prior to making any changes in our records. We are only required to attempt to communicate with you at the most recent address you have provided to us. If you fail to provide notice of a change in address or name, and we attempt to locate you, we may impose a service fee as set forth on the Rates & Fees Schedule.

  • Copies of Agreements The Union and the Employer desire every employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement and his/her rights and obligations under it. For this reason the Union shall print sufficient copies of this Agreement for distribution to employees. The cost of printing shall be borne by the Union. The Employer shall provide a copy of the Collective Agreement to new employees.

  • Statements and Notices Statements and notices will be mailed or delivered to you at the appropriate address you have given the Credit Union. Notice sent to any one of you will be considered notice to all.

  • COPIES OF REGULATORY REPORTS AND FILINGS Upon reasonable request, Competitive Supplier shall provide to the Town a copy of each public periodic or incident-related report or record relating to this ESA which it files with any Massachusetts or federal agency regulating rates, service, compliance with environmental laws, or compliance with affirmative action and equal opportunity requirements, unless the Competitive Supplier is required by law or regulation to keep such reports confidential. The Town shall treat any reports and/or filings received from Competitive Supplier as confidential information subject to the terms of Article 16. Competitive Supplier shall be reimbursed its reasonable costs of providing such copies.

  • Audits and Certifications The parties agree that the audits described in Clause 5(f) and Clause 12(2) of the Standard Contractual Clauses shall be carried out in accordance with the following specifications: Upon Customer’s request, and subject to the confidentiality obligations set forth in the Agreement, Qubole shall make available to Customer that is not a competitor of Qubole (or Customer’s independent, third-party auditor that is not a competitor of Qubole) information regarding the Qubole’s compliance with the obligations set forth in this DPA in the form of the third-party certifications and audits set forth in the Security and Privacy Documentation to the extent Qubole makes them generally available to its customers. Customer may contact Qubole in accordance with the “Notices” Section of the Agreement to request an on-site audit of the procedures relevant to the protection of Personal Data. Customer shall reimburse Qubole for any time expended for any such on- site audit at the Qubole’s then-current professional services rates, which shall be made available to Customer upon request. Before the commencement of any such on-site audit, Customer and Qubole shall mutually agree upon the scope, timing, and duration of the audit in addition to the reimbursement rate for which Customer shall be responsible. All reimbursement rates shall be reasonable, taking into account the resources expended by Qubole. Customer shall promptly notify Qubole with information regarding any non- compliance discovered during the course of an audit.

  • BILLING STATEMENTS Attorney will send Client periodic statements for fees and costs incurred. Each statement will be payable within days of its mailing date. Client may request a statement at intervals of no less than 30 days. If Clients requests, Attorney will provide one within 10 days. The statements shall include the amount, rate, basis of calculation or other method of determination of the fees and costs, which costs will be clearly identified by item and amount.

  • AUDITS AND EXAMINATIONS 8.1. Each Party to this Agreement will be responsible for the accuracy and quality of its data as submitted to the other Party involved. Subject to each Party’s reasonable security requirements and except as may be otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, either Party, at its own expense, may audit the other Party’s books, records and other documents directly related to billing and invoicing once in any twelve (12) month period for the purpose of evaluating the accuracy of the other Party’s billing and invoicing.
