Correspondence and Information. 6.1 Except where otherwise specified in this Agreement, correspondence between the Association and the University arising out of this Agreement or incidental thereto shall pass between the President and the President of the Association, or their designates.

The City shall make available to the PEC copies of any correspondence between the City, the GIC, MIIA/BCBSMA or between the City and any provider of health care on a quarterly basis. Likewise, the PEC shall make all like correspondence from any healthcare provider available to the City within the same timeframe. Correspondence or information protected by HIPPA will remain confidential.
