Corrective Measures Studies. DOE agrees it shall design, propose, undertake and report upon corrective measure studies (CMSs) which comply with applicable requirements of RCRA, the RCRA regulations, and relevant written guidance and established written EPA and Ecology policy, and which is in accordance with the requirements and time schedules set forth in the Action Plan.
