Corporate Tenants. If Tenant is a corporation, the person(s) executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant hereby covenant(s) and warrant(s) that: Tenant is a duly formed corporation qualified to do business in the state in which the Property is located; Tenant will remain qualified to do business in said state throughout the Term and any renewals thereof; and such persons are duly authorized by such corporation to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of the corporation.
Corporate Tenants. In the event Tenant is a corporation, the persons executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant hereby covenant and warrant that: Tenant is a duly constituted corporation qualified to do business in the State in which the Premises is located; all Tenant's franchise and corporate taxes have been paid in date; all future forms, reports, fees and other documents necessary for Tenant to comply with applicable laws will be filed by Tenant when due and such persons are duly authorized by the board of directors of such corporation to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of the corporation.

If Tenant is a corporation, the persons executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant hereby covenant and warrant that: Tenant is a duly constituted corporation qualified to do business in the State of Maryland; all Tenant’s franchises and corporate taxes have been paid to date; all future forms, reports, fees and other documents necessary for Tenant to comply with applicable laws will be filed by Tenant when due; and such persons are duly authorized by the board of directors of such corporation to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of the corporation.
Corporate Tenants. If Tenant is not an individual, the individual(s) executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant hereby covenant(s) and warrant(s) that: (i) Tenant is duly formed, qualified to do business and in good standing in the state in which the Building is located; and (ii) such Person(s) are duly authorized by such Person to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of Tenant. Tenant shall remain qualified to do business and in good standing in said state throughout the Term.

If Tenant is a corporation, the persons executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant hereby covenant and warrant that Tenant is a duly constituted corporation qualified to do business in the State of Illinois; all of Tenant's franchise and corporate taxes have been paid to date; all future forms, reports, fees and other documents necessary for Tenant to comply with all applicable laws will be filed by Tenant when due; and such persons are duly authorized by the board of directors of such corporation to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of Tenant.

In the event the Tenant hereunder is a corporation, the persons executing this Lease on behalf of the Tenant hereby covenant and warrant that all corporate taxes and all future forms, reports, fees and other documents necessary for Tenant to comply with applicable laws will be filed by Tenant when due.

In the event Tenant is a corporation, limited partnership, or limited liability company, each person executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant hereby covenants and warrants that: Tenant is a duly constituted entity qualified to do business in the State of Washington; all of Tenant’s franchise and corporate taxes have been paid to date; all future forms, reports, fees and other documents necessary for Tenant to comply with applicable laws will be filed by Tenant when due; and such persons are duly authorized by such entity to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of such entity.
