Common use of Corporate Tenants Clause in Contracts

Corporate Tenants. In the event Tenant is a corporation, the persons executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant hereby covenant and warrant that: Tenant is a duly constituted corporation qualified to do business in the State in which the Premises is located; all Tenant's franchise and corporate taxes have been paid in date; all future forms, reports, fees and other documents necessary for Tenant to comply with applicable laws will be filed by Tenant when due and such persons are duly authorized by the board of directors of such corporation to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of the corporation.

Corporate Tenants. In the event If Tenant is a corporation, the persons person(s) executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant hereby covenant covenant(s) and warrant warrant(s) that: Tenant is a duly constituted formed corporation qualified to do business in the State state in which the Premises Property is located; all Tenant's franchise and corporate taxes have been paid Tenant will remain qualified to do business in datesaid state throughout the Term; all future forms, reports, fees and other documents necessary for Tenant to comply with applicable laws will be filed by Tenant when due and such persons are duly authorized by the board of directors of such corporation to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of the corporation.
