Corporate Tenants. In the event the Tenant hereunder is a corporation, the persons executing this Lease on behalf of the Tenant hereby covenant and warrant that all corporate taxes and all future forms, reports, fees and other documents necessary for Tenant to comply with applicable laws will be filed by Tenant when due.

In the event the Tenant hereunder is a corporation, the persons executing this Lease on behalf of the Tenant hereby covenant and warrant that that: the Tenant is a duly constituted corporation qualified to do business in the state in which the Shopping Center is located; all Tenant's franchise and corporate taxes and have been paid to date; all future forms, reports, fees and other documents necessary for Tenant to comply with applicable laws will be filed by Tenant when due; and such persons are duly authorized by the board of directors of such corporation to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of the corporation.
