Copies of Mortgage Documents. Upon the request of the Trustee or the Master Servicer and at the cost and expense of the Trust, the Custodian shall provide to the Trustee or the Master Servicer copies of the Mortgage Notes, Mortgages, Assignments of Mortgage and other documents relating to one or more of the Mortgage Loans.
Copies of Mortgage Documents. Upon the request of the Registered Holder with respect to all or a portion of the Mortgage Loans owned by such Registered Holder, and at the cost and expense of such party, the Custodian shall provide such Registered Holder with copies or originals as provided in Section 21 hereof, of the Mortgage Notes, Mortgages, Assignments and other documents to the extent that such documents are part of the Custodian's Mortgage File relating to one or more of the Mortgage Loans.

Copies of Mortgage Documents. Upon the written request of the Trustee and at the cost and expense of the Depositor, the Custodian shall provide the Trustee with copies of the Mortgage Notes, Mortgages, Assignments and other documents relating to one or more of the Mortgage Loans.
Copies of Mortgage Documents. Upon the written request of the Purchaser and at the cost and expense of the Purchaser, the Custodian shall provide the Purchaser with copies of the Mortgage Notes, Mortgages, Assignment of Mortgages and other documents relating to one or more of the Mortgage Loans.

Upon the request of the Master Servicer, any Servicer or the Trustee and at the expense of the Master Servicer, the Custodian shall provide, within two Business Days, the requestor with copies of the Mortgage Notes, Mortgages, Assignments of Mortgages and other documents relating to any or all of the Mortgage Loans.

Upon the request of the Trustee, acting solely at the direction of a Servicer or a Certificateholder, and at the cost and expense of DLJMC, the Custodian shall provide the Trustee with copies of the Mortgage Notes, Mortgages, Assignments of Mortgage and other documents relating to one or more of the Mortgage Loans.
Copies of Mortgage Documents. Upon the reasonable request of the Trust, the Indenture Trustee or the Servicer and at the cost and expense of requesting party, the Custodian shall provide the requesting party with copies of the Contracts and other documents relating to one or more of the Contracts, which delivery shall be within two (2) Business Days after receipt of such request if copies are requested with respect to 50 or fewer Contracts (with one additional Business Day for each additional 50 Contracts).
Copies of Mortgage Documents. Upon the written request of the Master Servicer, the Servicer, the Subservicer, the Indenture Trustee or the Trust Administrator and at the expense of the Seller, the Custodian shall provide the requestor with copies of any Custodial File.
Copies of Mortgage Documents. Upon the written request of the Servicers or the Trustee, acting solely at the direction of the Servicers or a Certificateholder, the Custodian shall provide the Trustee or the Servicers with copies of the Mortgage Notes, Mortgages, Assignments of Mortgage and other documents relating to one or more of the Mortgage Loans serviced by the related Servicer (if the requesting party is a Servicer), and all expenses incurred by the Custodian in connection therewith shall be paid by the Trust from the Trust Fund.
