Coordination Regarding 15036 LLC. An exercise of any rights under Section 10.2 is subject to the provisions of Section 4.6. Specifically, any such exercise of rights under Section 10.2 shall be deemed an exercise of similar rights under Section 10.2 of the limited liability company agreement of 15036 LLC in the same manner and at the same time as exercised hereunder. Any closing of a purchase or other Transfer under Section 10.2 of this Agreement shall be effectuated at the same time as a closing of the purchase or other Transfer under Section 10.2 of the limited liability company agreement of 15036 LLC.
