Coordination of Contract Work by the Contractor. 1.4.1 Except as otherwise expressly provided for herein, the Contractor shall be entirely responsible for the coordination of the Contract Work. The Contractor shall perform the Contract Work at such times and in such manner so as not to delay the Project. If any dispute arises regarding possible or alleged interference among the various subcontractors, which dispute may delay the progress of the Project, the same shall be settled by the Contractor, whose decision shall be binding and conclusive upon all of the subcontractors.

  • Contract Work The provision of goods and services identified in the Contract constitute the contract work (Contract Work). Contractor shall perform the Contract Work pursuant to the terms of the Contract. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, appliances, and appurtenances for the Contract Work in strict conformity with this Contract, within the time-period prescribed by the City.

The Parties further agree that it is no defense to Vendor’s breach of this Agreement that a subcontractor caused Vendor of breach this Agreement.

  • The Contractor must 16.1.1. treat all Authority Protected Information as confidential and safeguard it accordingly, implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Authority Protected Information against disclosure;

  • Subcontractors The Contractor will not subcontract any work under the Contract without prior written consent of the Department. The Department supports diversity in its procurements and contracts, and requests that the Contractor offer subcontracting opportunities to certified woman-, veteran-, and minority-owned small businesses. The Contractor may contact the OSD at xxxxxxx@xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx for information on certified small business enterprises available for subcontracting opportunities.

  • PAYMENT OF SUBCONTRACTORS Contractor shall pay any of its subcontractors not later than seven (7) days after receipt of any progress payment, unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the respective amounts allowed Contractor on account of the work performed by subcontractor(s), to the extent of each subcontractor’s interest therein, except as otherwise provided in Business and Professions Code Section 7108.5.
