Conversion of Service Upon Regularization. Upon Regularization, the number of months of service in the bargaining unit is converted to that employee’s seniority. Term employees accrue one (1) month of service for any portion of a month included in their term of employment; and auxiliary employees accrue one (1) month of service for any portion of a month the auxiliary employee works.
