When the user selects a certain region of interest, it can be viewed at full screen.  A sample can be viewed at different zoom levels (1.25x, 10x, 20x, 40x, 63x, 100x) and levels can be selected from a combo box located in the toolbar.  A sample can be commented: including notes and observations about certain regions of the image.  A sample can be measured. Users will be able to make measures such as length or area.
