Contributions to the Sick Leave Bank. a. When the sick leave bank was originally established, each teacher contributed two (2) sick days to the sick leave bank. The Board also contributed two (2) sick days for each teacher to the sick leave bank. As of the first day of work each newly hired teacher shall contribute two (2) sick days to the sick leave bank. The Board will also contribute two (2) sick days to the sick leave bank for each newly-hired teacher.
