Common use of Contractor’s Staff Identification Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Staff Identification. 7.3.1 CONTRACTOR shall provide all staff assigned to this Contract with a photo identification badge in accordance with COUNTY specifications. Specifications may change at the discretion of the COUNTY and CONTRACTOR will be provided new specifications as required. The format and content of the badge is subject to the COUNTY’S approval prior to the CONTRACTOR implementing the use of the badge. CONTRACTOR staff, while on duty or when entering a COUNTY facility or its grounds, shall prominently display the photo identification badge on the upper part of the body.
