Insurance Carriers All PSP’s insurance shall be issued by insurance carriers authorized to do business in Texas at the time the policy is issued (and at all times during the term of this Agreement) and rated by A.M. Best Company as A-VII or better, confirmed by one or more insurance certificates conforming to the following requirements:
Subcontractor Insurance In accord with Good Utility Practice, each Interconnected Entity shall require each of its subcontractors to maintain and provide evidence of insurance coverage of types, and in amounts, commensurate with the risks associated with the services provided by the subcontractor. Bonding of contractors or subcontractors shall be at the hiring Interconnected Entity’s discretion, but regardless of bonding, the hiring principal shall be responsible for the performance or non- performance of any contractor or subcontractor it hires.
ADDITIONAL INSURED ENDORSEMENT AND PRIMARY AND NON-CONTRIBUTORY INSURANCE CLAUSE Supplier agrees to list Sourcewell and its Participating Entities, including their officers, agents, and employees, as an additional insured under the Supplier’s commercial general liability insurance policy with respect to liability arising out of activities, “operations,” or “work” performed by or on behalf of Supplier, and products and completed operations of Supplier. The policy provision(s) or endorsement(s) must further provide that coverage is primary and not excess over or contributory with any other valid, applicable, and collectible insurance or self-insurance in force for the additional insureds.
Contractor Insurance 6.1 The awarded Vendor shall furnish the Owners with a Certificate of Insurance XXXXX and associated endorsements in the kinds and minimum amounts as detailed in the attached "Insurance Requirements for all Contracts" at time of award.
Standard Hazard Insurance and Flood Insurance Policies (a) For each Mortgage Loan, the Master Servicer shall enforce any obligation of the Servicers under the related Servicing Agreements to maintain or cause to be maintained standard fire and casualty insurance and, where applicable, flood insurance, all in accordance with the provisions of the related Servicing Agreements. It is understood and agreed that such insurance shall be with insurers meeting the eligibility requirements set forth in the applicable Servicing Agreement and that no earthquake or other additional insurance is to be required of any Mortgagor or to be maintained on property acquired in respect of a defaulted loan, other than pursuant to such applicable laws and regulations as shall at any time be in force and as shall require such additional insurance.
Contractor Insurance Requirements When performing Work on property in the care, custody, or control of the Judicial Council, the Contractor shall maintain all commercial general liability insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, and any other insurance the Judicial Council deems appropriate under the Agreement. Upon request from the Judicial Council, the Contractor shall furnish an insurance certificate evidencing required insurance coverage acceptable to the Judicial Council. The Contractor may also be required to have the Judicial Council shown as an additional insured on selected policies.
Coordination with Workers' Compensation When an employee has incurred an on-the- job injury or an on-the-job disability and has filed a claim for workers' compensation, medical costs connected with the injury or disability shall be paid by the employee's health plan, pursuant to M.S. 176.191, Subdivision 3.
Insurance and Fingerprint Requirements Information Insurance If applicable and your staff will be on TIPS member premises for delivery, training or installation etc. and/or with an automobile, you must carry automobile insurance as required by law. Retiree Health Insurance Retired members of the Department receiving, or to receive City of Lincoln monthly pension checks, may participate in the group comprehensive health care plan for active City employees, provided that each retiree so desiring will execute the required forms in a timely fashion, and further provided that each retiree will be required to pay the full monthly cost at the current rates subject to any rate increases which may occur from time to time. Such payment will be made by payroll deduction from pension checks, or by direct payment in the case of an early retiree.
