Contract/Regular Faculty Compensation Off-Schedule Compensation. For 2020/2021, a one-time, off-schedule, total compensation payment of $1,200 shall be made to each full-time faculty member on or before December 30, 2020. On-Schedule Compensation Effective fall 2020, two (2) additional steps (26-27) are added to the full-time faculty salary schedule. The revised schedule is identified in Article 22.
