CONTRACT OF SERVICE Probation. Every new employee shall be on probation for a period of three (3) months. At any time during the period of probation, the employee may resign by giving two weeks notice. At any time during the period of probation the Centre may annul the appointment and terminate the service of the employee by the giving of two weeks notice. A lesser period of notice may be agreed in writing between the Centre and the employee. On completion of three months employment the period of probation may be extended for a further and final three months at the discretion of the Centre.
