Contract Cost Increase. The FSMC may negotiate at the end of each one-year contract period for a cost increase. If there is an increase in the Administrative and Management Fees, it cannot exceed the annual percentage increase of the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) for the preceding year. The addition of new line items to the budget is not allowable in renewal years. The CPI-U can be used as a gauge for proposed increases to operating costs. However, the SFA must be able to justify approval for operating costs exceeding the CPI-U.

Contract Cost Increase. The SFA may negotiate at the end of each one year contract period for the cost increase not to exceed the annual percentage of increase of the New York-Northeastern New Jersey Consumer Price Index for all urban consumers for the preceding year. The FSMC must satisfactorily establish that there has been at least an equivalent increase in the amount of its cost of operation during the period of the contract  Use of Small and Disadvantaged Businesses (7 CFR 225.17(d), 7 CFR 3016, and 7 CFR 3019)
Contract Cost Increase. The renegotiation of price terms under this Contract is only permitted upon the occurrence of unpredictable, unexpected conditions beyond the control of the parties. If those conditions create a significant and material change in the financial assumptions upon which the price terms of this Contract was based, then those price terms so affected may be renegotiated by the parties. Renegotiation of price terms under such conditions must be mutual, and both parties must agree upon any changes in price terms. Any adjustments so negotiated and agreed upon must accurately reflect the change in conditions. The occurrence of contingencies that are foreseeable and predictable, but not certain, should be calculated into the defined price terms to the extent possible, with the goal of minimizing the need for renegotiation of price terms during the term of the Contract. Substantive changes of the Contract will require the SFA to rebid the Contract.

  • Project Cost Overruns In the event that the Recipient determines that the moneys granted pursuant to Section II hereof, together with the Local Subdivision Contribution, are insufficient to pay in full the costs of the Project, the Recipient may make a request for supplemental assistance to its District Committee. The Recipient must demonstrate that such funding is necessary for the completion of the Project and the cost overrun was the result of circumstances beyond the Recipient's control, that it could not have been avoided with the exercise of due care, and that such circumstances could not have been anticipated at the time of the Recipient's initial application. Should the District Committee approve such request the action shall be recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Project Cost a. The estimated cost of the Project is $ 97,740.00. This amount is based upon the Schedule of Financial Assistance in Exhibit "B", attached to and incorporated in this Agreement. Exhibit “B” may be modified by mutual execution of an amendment as provided for in paragraph 5.i.

  • Rent Increases The Rent payable shall not be increased or otherwise modified during the Term of this Lease. Any increase in Rent shall only take effect after the expiration of the Term provided in this Lease. Any increase in Rent to take effect upon renewal or extension of the Term of this Lease must be preceded by a - day notice of the same from the Landlord to the Tenant.

  • RENT INCREASE 6.1 The Landlord is entitled to increase the Rent payable under this tenancy, either during the Tenancy Term or any subsequent renewal or periodic term, on each anniversary of the start date of this tenancy (“The Rent Increase Date”). The increase will be a minimum 5% in addition to the current Rent payable.   • Temporary Credit for Unamortized Specified Road Construction Cost When, under B8.33, Contracting Officer orders a delay or interruption of Purchaser’s Operations for more than 30 days when scheduled operations would be occurring but for the order, the Contracting Officer shall credit the unamortized cost of Specified Roads to Purchaser’s Timber Sale Account, upon the written request of Purchaser or at the discretion of Contracting Officer. The amount credited to Purchaser shall be limited to stumpage paid above Base Rates. Any Specified Road construction cost credited to Purchaser pursuant to this Subsection may be refunded or transferred at the request of Purchaser. However, if Purchaser has outstanding debt owing the United States, Contracting Officer must apply the amount of credit that could be refunded to the debt owed in accordance with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, as amended. Upon written notice from Contracting Officer that the basis for the delay or interruption no longer exists, Purchaser shall pay for timber a per unit amount, in addition to Current Contract Rates, that is equal to the amount credited to Purchaser’s Timber Sale Account divided by 80 percent of the estimated remaining volume of the contract, until the full amount credited to Purchaser has been returned.

  • Cost Overruns The Borrower shall ensure that all cost-overruns over the estimated construction costs of the Project as certified by a quantity surveyor or the Architect or as ascertained by the Lender as and when they occur shall be funded by the Borrower’s own equity;

  • Merit Increases (a) Subject to documented assessment and performance review undertaken pursuant to the Performance Management System, an employee on anniversary date may be granted an increase of up to five pay increments in the pay scale, not to exceed the control point maximum.
