Continuation of Work During Disputes. In the event of a dispute between the parties as to performance of the work or the interpretation of this contract, or payment dispute, the parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute. Pending resolution of this dispute, Contractor agrees to continue the work diligently to completion and shall neither rescind nor terminate the agreement.

Continuation of Work During Disputes. During disputes and until such time that work under the Project Contract is completed, the Contractor must, at all times, continue to fulfil its obligations under the Project Contract and comply with all directions given to it by the Principal in accordance with the provision of the Project Contract, provided that such directions do not touch upon the subject matter of the dispute in respect of which written notice has been given in accordance with this clause 22.
