Common use of Continual Improvement Clause in Contracts

Continual Improvement. The Supplier will agree to work with Wire Experts Group to achieve product quality and process improvements, in the area of quality, delivery and service. Supplier performance will be monitored on a yearly basis by Wire Experts Group making use of a supplier assessment methodology and acceptable industry standards. The Supplier may be contacted periodically to review the progress of the improvements being made.
