Contents of Proposal. Proposals shall be submitted in an 8 ½" x 11" format using a simple method of fastening. The proposal submittal must include one original , 5 complete copies, and one electronic copy on CD in Microsoft Office 2010 format. Each paper copy must be clearly labeled as “copy”. All documents contained in the original proposal submittal must have original signatures and must be signed by a person who is authorized to bind the bidding firm. All additional sets may contain photocopies of the original package.
